Developed for demanding environments with exposure to heat, flame, and electric arc. SHIELD combines Lenzing FR®, Merino wool, polyamide, and NEGA-STAT® fibers to deliver long-lasting flame resistance and antistatic protection. The terry-knit construction creates an insulating air layer that protects against both heat and cold, a functional, comfortable layer worn next to skin or as a mid-layer.
Developed for work in demanding environments with risk of exposure to heat, flame, electricity, and static discharge. The series includes base and mid-layer garments that combine Lenzing FR®, Merino wool, polyamide reinforcement, and NEGA-STAT® fibres for optimal protection. The unique terry-knit construction creates an insulating air layer between the body and the garment, providing protection against both cold and heat. This structure ensures excellent thermal insulation while maintaining high breathability and moisture transport. SHIELD offers proven protection against flame, arc flash, and static electricity, reducing the risk of sparking and heat stress in hazardous working conditions. Merino wool provides temperature regulation and comfort, while Lenzing FR® provides permanent flame resistance. The result is a soft and functional mid-layer with high strength and long-lasting performance.
